Yes! babies are welcome at all of our classes. We do reserve Monday evenings for a baby free class.
Water, changing bag, milk & snacks, training gear, favourite baby toy or comforter.
We advise getting the 6 week all clear at your check up with your GP or 12 weeks for those who have had a c-section. We have a physio on our team for those who need some extra help with their rehab and getting back to be able to join our classes.
Yes! Our classes are fully adaptable for pregnancy and we have a midwife coach on hand to advise before you attend a class. Please let us know before hand how your pregnancy is going so we can advise the best and safest training for you.
